This is one of the most moving recordings I have heard in many years. When you first listen to it and read the words it will be easy to dismiss this as fanatical. Maybe even 'old school'. Forget about emerging or contemporary style. Try and think less about modern language and semantics. Do not defend yourself or put up your walls against the message.
One of the lost theological truths of our day is repentance. To be exact, the anguish that precedes repentance. A hatred for sin is rare in an age of politically correct tags we have used for our transgressions. Instead of calling lust, drunkenness, lying, or stealing by name, we call these things our 'struggle' or 'weakness'. Be honest in the next few minutes and allow the Holy Spirit to speak to you.
