Tired Revolution...

Humanity. We are all tired. Blame it on wellness, sleep patterns, nutrition, or time management. You have heard it said that 'leaders are readers.' I teach my students that 'leaders are sleepers.' They value their wellness. It isn't a badge to stay up late and play video games or watch movies.

Here are 4 practical ways to stay healthy (and tired):

1. Eat light 4 times a day
2. Create a 'not to do' list
3. Honor the Sabbath weekly
4. Work in your sweet spot

Don't worry about being tired. Worry about being healthy. Because tired people are changing the world.
